Adam is 36 years old and was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex at 2 to 3 months of age. He has cognitive difficulties, no verbal speech and has been writing poetry since he was 13 years. He communicates with and types his poems using a computer, with physical support to stabilise his body. The poems in Windows were written by him when he was an adolescent.
